Where:  Lower 48 United States
How: Standard ground service UPS or Fedex.
How much:  Shipping is based on order total (add items to cart to see shipping estimate) plus a $4.00 handling charge.

Yes, we ship to Canada!  Or anywhere in the world.  Please call or email for rate quote or ship on your account.

We want happy customers, please order carefully and ask if you are unsure.  We are glad to help.

Sometimes things go wrong. If we or our carrier mess up,  we will fix it quickly at no cost to you.
If you make a mistake, we will help you fix it as best we can.
NOTE:  Custom orders are non-refundable.

Items that have been cut are custom and cannot be returned.

What if I do not want my item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and do not want it or an alternative item, the order can be returned with 20% re-stock.  Shipping is not refundable.

  1. Contact us within with 15 days of receipt of the order.
  2. We will generate an RA (return authorization) number and instructions from customer service.  The RA must accompany the returned order so we can track the origin and process correctly and promptly.
  3. The order must be in original shipping container, unused, and re-sellable.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund goes to your card or by check.

What if I ordered the wrong item by mkistake?

  • Please contact us, we can get the correct item to you as a replacement.  Take pics whenever possible.
  • The replacement item will be a separate transaction; your original order will be refunded minus shipping once it is received and inspected.

What happens if my order is wrong, has missing parts, or damaged in transit?

  • If we make a mistake, we will fix it immediately item at zero cost to you.
  • Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to you.
  • Most issues can be resolved with replacement parts, extra screws, etc.; please reach out.

Please take pics of the damaged item and containers and contact us immediately for replacement.
Shipping service will be the same on the replacement as on the original (ground, expedited, etc.).  Any additional expedited carrier costs are the customer’s responsibility.
